Apartment Details
A&A Realty Group manages two neighboring buildings, each of which has four units in two different styles: two flats and two townhouses. Potential renters choose between the floorplans. Both unit types have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and about 1,900 square feet of living space.
Both buildings have been very well-maintained, with brand new roofs installed in 2017, new hot water heaters, and new vinyl windows. A&A Realty Group invested in new decks, gorgeous exterior paint, and a variety of other upgrades.

Residents have the option to park either behind the building or in a carport, and storage for each unit is available in the carport. Each building has a coin-operated washer and dryer, shared between the four units.

Rental Policies
These units are smoke-free. Pets are not allowed.
Rent is due on the first day of the month. If rent is late, an additional $20 per day is added to the original balance.
Potential renters are required to provide proof of income that exceeds the rent amount by 3 times monthly. For example, if the rent is $1,450, the renter must have a monthly income of at least $4,350. Most rental contracts are 12 months long. A&A Realty Group recommends that tenants have renter’s insurance.
Maintenance requests have a 2–3 day turnaround from A&A Realty Group.
